  • You and I have a discovery call where we identify what aspect of your business you want to drive sales in and who would be your best previous happy client to feature

  • You introduce me to your client - and I take it from there!

  • I do a 30-40 minute Zoom interview with the client and write up the interview in story form narrative, highlighting standout quotes

  • Your client gets editorial approval (they are being featured, after all) and they provide a photo for the article

  • You get final copy approval and any required edits

    • For the PDF option, you choose a design template and accompanying photos, and your case study goes to design*​

    • For Text Only option, you get full copyright to use the completed interview from here as you like.
